Gurudongmar Lake is a serene and picturesque high-altitude Himalayan lake situated at 17,800 feet. This lake, which is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, is frozen in the winter and reflects the sky and clouds like a mirror in the summer. Owing to the lake’s proximity to the Chinese-Tibetan border, permits are required for entry.
